The ACC (Architectural Control Committee)

ACC Info and Application for Approval

The ACC shall consist of a minimum of three (3) members whose responsibility is lot owner compliance with the architectural standards set forth in the LHOA covenants, restrictions and Bylaws.  The ACC is an independent committee within the LHOA and does not report to the Board of Directors. 

 

Membership in the ACC is for a term of two (2) years, unless a member resigns, at which time, the remaining members of the ACC will appoint a successor to fill the vacant position.  If all members of the ACC resign, the Board of Directors will appoint a new ACC.

 

It is strongly recommended that lot owners read the full text of the LHOA Covenants, Restrictions and Bylaws prior to planning and executing any exterior home improvement projects.
